Oysterfleet Pub/restaurant/hotel. The Oysterfleet is located at the end of the town centre. Situated next to a lake, there are plenty of seats available, but the outside closes at 10 pm. Standard pub hours and a limited selection of food. The drink prices are a little on the steep side, but it's basically your only option if you want a drink. It can get very busy, especially at weekends. Pleasant staff and usually clean.

Great outdoors area looking onto the lake. Indoor restaurant serves great food also.

Do not stay at weekends I was staying for 2 nights sat to Sunday booked up online I asked for disabled parking on the request form. That is no problem was the text back on the day of arrival no parking place for me to pk so my wife had to pk a long walk to the reception ask receptionist we book disabled parking its the weekend she said. Next we are staying for Sunday dinner for six people and can we have a table by the window please I will go and see the manager. With a big French accent tell them No if they do not like she returns saying no my wife told the poor girl that she had heard what he said and to cancel. We had room 1 it was a nice size 2 single beds the on sweet smells of damp no shower curtain over all I will not go to that place again.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel as we were attending a function there. The building our room was in had a strange odor and there were leak stains on the ceiling outside our room. The hotel still uses keys, not key cards and you are provided one set only. Upon check in, you are advised the wifi is poor in the rooms. The room itself was very basic; no doors on wardrobe, no shelves in bedside cabinets, stripy carpet. The bed (a small double) was disproportionate to the room size & the mattress was very hard. The bathroom was very dated. We ate at the pub restaurant which was general pub food but agree with other reviewers there was not much knowledge about the ingredients. The function room was a great space, so would recommend this. I would not book to stay in the hotel again.

Great place but the menu does not show the ingredients in each dish which led to very embarrassing conversations as a Burrito contains rice even though it said all vegetables and the chicken salad contains bacon. When I raised the issue the bartender said I should have know a burrito contains rice and tried to charge me for the dish. Avoid and find somewhere else to eat

We staying for 3 nights in a suite, great room and staff, eat at the steakhouse restaurant tonight. Wow amazing food and highly recommend We eat here with the family on Saturday night, good food, quickly delivered at a reasonable price. Would eat here again, the deserts were great too.

Never had room only went for midday lunch. I had prawn baguette, too much balsamic vinegar on the salad. Will say without next time. Baguette was delicious. Friend had roast, special of the day. I said it really didn't look right. Turned out roast potatoes were hard, parsnips burnt, gammon looked like pieces of bacon. Complained and half her money was given back. Also no tuna was on the menu in any form.

As we were checking in we were told the WIFI doesn't really work ,so if we need WIFI we will need to come and sit at the pub ,which isn't ideal if you're on a business trip and need the WIFI and peace and quiet ,especially that the rooms aren't the cheapest around . The lady at the reception checking us in couldn't be more friendly . The rooms themselves are amazing, clean and bright Unfortunately we got woken up at 6am , first by god knows who making a whole lot of noise. Then when we managed to get back to sleep we got woken up yet again at 9 ,by the housekeepers. It felt like they went to the opposite ends of the hall and were having a full on conversation to make sure everyone who's not out yet will be up and out in no time .. Very frustrating if you had a stressful day beforehand and just want to get a little bit of rest. The check out isn't until 11 ,yet when I was going outside with my coffee I was approached by the cleaner ,not even a hi ,just a " what room are you? Are you staying another night or leaving soon? " .. surely it shouldn't matter if we still had 2 hrs before leaving . The whole morning was just a bit of a disaster and kinda ruined the whole experience of staying for us , we were glad we only booked in for one night . So if you're on a business trip Or like a long lie This isn't a place for you .

Went here to pick up a friend who was staying there while working nearby and had The gammon, Pineapple, egg and chips. The whole meal was cooked to perfection, the only down side for me was that the gammon didn't have any fat on it but was cooked brilliantly.

Recently had a work meal this weekend. Food was lovely, fresh and all come out together staff loved it. Very cheap night considering the amount of food. Definitely recommend that young chaps in there 👌

We had a very good experience when we stayed here, the hotel was clean the staff very friendly the hotel itself is a bit tired and could do with having some money spent on it. We would and will stay here again, the restaurant very good, the food in the bar very good with a good selection of bub grub, and cost of food and drinks value for the money

Every time I visit this pub it's never been a peaceful visit, either rowdy loud customers, children running round screaming. NOW they have a noisy work shop outside forever cutting up wood spoiling a nice peaceful day at the pub.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Oyster Bay. The family room was large, comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a large restaurant overseeing the bay, with a good range of family favorites. Not a foodie find, but good basic pub grub and excellent service at all times.

I visited for food, very busy bar, with a decent wait for service, but the staff were friendly and helpful, just over worked. Maybe because it was a lovely warm Thursday evening. Good pub food.

Had a birthday party there food was good staff were very helpful with the decorations we wanted to do etc highly recommend the place.
